Carefully selected by hand, the Primitivo grapes that go into this wine are from old vines growing in the heart of the DOC area. Aged in French barrels and American barriques, this wine is an intense ruby red with aromas of jam, berries, cherry and a hint of liquorice. Elegant and with a full body, it pairs well with red meat, pasta dishes and cheese.
