Two new Golden Medals have been awarded at the summer edition of the 2017 Berliner Wein Trophy to two of our Primitivo wines of Puglia: “Collezione ’53-Primitivo di Manduria DOP” and “125-Primitivo del Salento IGP”.
The Berliner Wein Trophy is one of the main international wine competitions in Germany and it takes place in two editions: the winter one in February and the summer one in July. This year, in both editions different wines of our Feudi Salentini collection – in particular Primitivo – have been awarded a Golden Medal.
These are the data about the 2017 competition: 15,000 wines from 40 countries, 400 international examiners highly qualified and 2 patronages: the International Vines and Wines Organization (OIV) and the International Oenologists Union (UIOE).
We are even more proud, after quality and strictness of this competition!
