DESCRIPTION:

Two native grapes that best represent Puglia: Primitivo and Susumaniello. This experience starts with a visit to the family estate, continues with a walk in the Primitivo vineyards with alberello style vines, and ends in the wine cellar with a tasting of 4 wines: 125 Primitivo del Salento, Susumaniello, Sassirossi and Philia, a DOCG sweet dessert Primitivo wine. Pairings include a taste of traditional Puglia specialties.
Tasting in the Cellar, 4 red wine varieties accompanied by local specialties.
Choose to end with a lunch including 4 typical Puglia dishes for € 45 per person.
